Oswald Hardinger lies in a coma and countless of the world's finest minds are dead, but the Collegium of Interspatial Physics is undaunted. The "protectorate" of Gomorra will be saved from itself - even if the mad scientists have to level it in the process. It's goinna be a bumpy ride back to the top, but the Collegium's ready for anything the town has to throw at them.

Gomorra is in ruins, and its people cry out for a new hero. Sheriff Hunter's never been one for the spotlight, but it looks like he's all this little boomtown's got. First oder of business: rebuild following Knicknevin's devastating arrival. Rubble has to be cleared and bodies burned before they start to rise again. Then it's back into the trenches. Rachel Sumner's rogues have to be put down, the Collegium has to b put back in its place. And then ther's the Whateleys - out there somewhere...

The Sious Nation arrived in Gomorra to combat the evil looming beneath the town and those who rallied to bring it to power. But now Knicknevin is destroyed, the Flock have been led to the slaughter, and the Whateleys are on the run... or so everyone thinks. The Sioux - led by the visionary Raven Smiles - sense that the war is not yet over, and that the worst is still yet to come.

The Texas Rangers are chippin' in to dust Gomorra off and spit-shine it back into good condition. Their task: guard Elephant Hill Cemetary to ensure that no unwanted guests return from the dead. But the graves of Knicknevin's victims are oddly quiet, and in the weeks following the manitou's rise, the Rangers are left to wonder... what really happened to Gomorra?

No one is really sure what happened at Lord Grimely's before Knicknevin rose - but that doesn't stop most folks from blamin' the Whateleys for it. Assuring the public that his kin are nnocent, Nicodemus campaigns against the fallen Flock and secures the Whateley holdings in town. For now, the Whateley homestead remains eerily quiet, but its only a matter of time before its inhabitants return home.
