These dry, desolate hills separate Orcus's personal realm of Oblivion's End from the rest of Thanatos, and the haunting creatures that dwell within serve to ensure that those who pass through the hills do so only at the invitation ol the Prince of rhe Undead. Crypts built into the craggy hills contain spectres, mummies, and dry liches.
