In a parish of Kessig known as Galstaf, there is a famous altar hidden away inside a steep, moss-covered crevasse. Its scenic beauty and the holy significance of the altar draws pilgrims from all four provinces. Not just a religious landmark, Galstaf Grotto is also the site of a natural spring, where it's said some of the world's most potent holy water is drawn. The elder of the nearby village of Galstaf is a passionate hunter of werewolves, and it's clear that the Kessigers' effectiveness is aided by the grotto.
