Yetis are large furred bestial humanoids, living high in cold mountainous areas. They tend to be either timid or savage (or both), depending on the game setting. Some yetis have horns (again, depending on the game setting)
From birth, a yeti's favorite activity is throwing things at trespassers. When there are no trespassers, they throw things at each other.
Though few in number, the beasts of the Tundra are viscious, and will protect their domain with a savage fury. The Yeti are truly creatures of the Savage Tundra. They never need to seek warmth, and can go for long periods of time without moving. A Yeti can only be seen in the snow if it wishes to be seen.
Yeti tribes formed around the mountains near J`thir, comprised of an Icelord and his followers. The Icelord is their greatest warrior, charged with guiding his tribe.
With a natural affinity for Nora, the Yeti have received the ability to conjure magic. Through experimentation, the Yetis found ways of manipulating magic beyond simple spells. With this knowledge, some Shamans became versed in bestial magic.

Yetis have an enigmatic history and culture that is largely not communicated to casual observers due their gruff exterior appearance and demeanor. Tattoos crafted by Yeti artisans carry with them not only visual interest, but significant mystical properties as well.
